Floor-care:

Card Flooring will not be held responsible for damage done to consumer floor(s) caused by unsuitable products/techniques or furniture as well as any foreign substance which has contaminated the floor beyond the point of restoration.

Full floor care guidance and advice for the product that has been purchased from Card Flooring  is available upon request.

Flooring waste:

All customers are responsible for their own flooring waste left behind from Installation of new flooring unless agreed prior to installation of new floorcoverings.

A quotation is provided if needed for each job for commercial removal of waste, each job will vary in price and starts at a minimum £30.

Furniture in rooms:

An extra charge may be added to the labour fee, either by our sub contractors or by Card Flooring if any heavy or obstructive furniture is left in the area that is due to have a new floor covering installed.

We do not accept any responsibility if damage has occurred to any new flooring or to the furniture itself.

Installation guarantee:

All of our installations either by Card Flooring or by one of our experienced sub contract installers is fully guaranteed and installed by trained flooring professionals.

Maximum of installation guarantee is 1 year from completion date.

Minimum of installation guarantee is 1 month from completion date.
